This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
You may use ExQlo only to post factual professional profiles, seek and instruct expert witnesses, and exchange lawful messages related to litigation support.
2. Prohibited content
You must not upload or post:
- patient, client, minor or other third-party personal data, or special-category data, without a lawful basis;
- misleading, false or plagiarised qualifications, experience or credentials;
- defamatory, discriminatory, abusive or infringing content;
- malware, spyware or other harmful code.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- scrape, harvest, crawl or otherwise extract data from the Service;
- harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against any person;
- reverse-engineer, probe, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- bypass security measures, access controls or platform fees.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refer matters to a professional regulator, and pursue legal action for breaches of this Policy.
