How ExQlo works.
ExQlo connects vetted expert witnesses and legal interpreters with the people who instruct them, law firms and direct-access clients alike, across any discipline. Whether you’re a solicitor commissioning a psychiatric report, an insurer instructing directly, an engineer looking for work, or a court interpreter setting up your listing, ExQlo handles the match, the workspace and the payment.
Two paths in. One private room.
Supply and demand walk mirrored routes to the same place.
Experts and interpreters apply. Firms tell us about a case.
The ExQlo team reviews every application before any name goes live.
Candidates scored 0–100 with a plain-English reason. Weak matches filtered.
A private, encrypted two-party workspace opens on instruction.
The firm confirms. The expert is paid into their own account; ExQlo takes 10%.
The Case Room: your private workspace for the whole engagement.
Once an expert is instructed, a dedicated two-party Case Room opens. Every instruction runs in its own room, firm and expert only, with real-time messaging, a clear status trail and a running fee display. Case bundles are shared inside it, encrypted on your own device so only you and the other party can open them. The room becomes read-only when the case completes.
Messages are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), with per-message encryption on UK/EU infrastructure and server-held keys. Break-glass admin access exists for exceptional circumstances and is logged with a stated reason.
Interpreter bookings get their own scoped room, carrying logistics only, separate from the expert’s conversation.
Simple, completion-based fees, for everyone.
You pay the expert’s agreed fee. No markup, no platform fee. One clean, recoverable disbursement.
10% commission, only when you’re paid. 100% on Legal Aid. No listing fee, no subscription.
A flat 10% on every booking, including Legal Aid. Keep 90%. No listing fee, no subscription.
On Legal Aid the expert keeps the full £2,000.
Built for sensitive legal work.
Every expert and interpreter is reviewed by the ExQlo team before any name reaches a firm.
